Partner charter
In order to work with us, our suppliers commit themselves to the following:
- The information provided by ODM Technologies is strictly confidential. Should the Supplier be selected or not, they will not disclose any information regarding quotation requests or any communication involving ODM Technologies' clients whatsoever.
- The Supplier agrees not to compete against ODM Technologies nor solicit ODM Technologies' prospects or clients.
- The Supplier commits to complying with deadlines, be it for quotation or for actual projects.
- The Supplier will use the reporting tools provided by ODM Technologies to report on work progress. All data provided by the Supplier on these tools shall be deemed valid and binding.
- The supplier will commit all ODM Technologies-related work in progress on the specified platform on a regular basis.
- Source code will always be commented in English.
- No code delivery will be considered valid until it has been tested by other parties than those who developed it.
- The ownership of developments belongs to ODM Technologies' client as long as it has been paid for, prorated on the basis of work done.
- The Supplier commits to abiding by the laws preailing in its country as well as international rules, in particular, those related with employees work condition.
